As a Regional Recruiter for ETS Dental my focus is to find long-term connections for my Client practices and Associate Dentists.

I concentrate first on understanding the requirements, priorities and objectives of both my client and my candidate – to ensure the perfect match. Understanding that each placement is unique, I focus on dealing with people, not just agencies or organizations. I realize that I am not only helping to create business partnerships but personal relationships, as well. I am committed to developing long-term relationships between and with both clients and candidates.

I network with dental offices, clinics and dentists in the Mid-West and Great Lake States.

I have over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, which include service management, pharmaceutical manufacture, and medical device development and manufacture. My responsibilities have ranged from training & development to quality assurance to regulatory affairs management. I have had the opportunity to work for small businesses, start-up companies as well as large corporations. Along the way, I have learned a great deal about building and maintaining business relationships.

I live in Roanoke, VA but Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is my hometown. I am a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
