I’m an Ophthalmology Account Executive and I help practices find their ideal Ophthalmologists and Subspecialists. I am constantly networking throughout my territory and leveraging my database of candidates and companies to bridge the gap between needing an associate and hiring remarkable eye doctors and surgeons. This is accomplished by gaining a thorough understanding of a practice’s needs, clinical philosophies, and goals and matching candidates by personally interviewing every candidate I send to practices. The advantage I have is that by constantly networking and refining my database, I am able to find the best overall candidates for my clients instead of the best currently job-seeking candidates. In the end, practices end up with the best associates, partners, or buyers for their opportunity.

I’m a graduate of ODU with a degree in biology and enjoy trying new things, travelling, working out, exploring the great outdoors, and a good concert. I’m always looking for new adventures and enjoy having an ever growing list of interests and experiences.
