As the Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist Recruiter here at ETS I am fortunate to have the privilege of working with some of the top independent private specialty practices in the world. I take great pride in being able to not only find key specialists for the practices for whom I work, but also to positively change people’s lives. I love what I do and it is hard to believe that I have been with ETS since the beginning of 2008.

ETS Dental has grown to be one of the leading Dental Recruiting firms in the United States and we have gotten there by providing the highest level of service to our client practices. This entails going beyond just finding a doctor to fill a position but also taking the time to truly understand what the practice owner is looking for and then spending the necessary time to find the doctor who can make the practice owner’s hopes and dreams a reality.

My background consists of: 4 Years of service in the United States Army. Bachelors of Business Administration major in Accounting and a minor in Marketing. CPA review course & CPA exam. Sales experience in the Washington, D.C. market. Worked with Media General in an accounting capacity in Richmond, VA.

This was all in preparation for the last chapter in my life which spanned twelve years and resulted in working my way up to the position of President and Partner of one of the oldest and most successful full-service advertising agencies in SW Virginia.

With the changing business environment, I was presented with the opportunity to join ETS Dental and take on the role of Dental Specialist Recruiter. After much soul searching and consideration, I decided to sell my interest in our advertising agency to my partner and made the move. I consider this one of the best decisions I have made. I am very excited about working with such a talented and successful team as what has been assembled here at ETS Dental.

On the personal front I am very fortunate to have a wonderful wife, Janet, and daughter, Callie. We live in the historic district of Roanoke Virginia and spend many weekends at our cabin on our family farm off the Blue Ridge Parkway in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains here in Virginia.

My interests are working on my farm, sports and outdoor activities including running, camping, scuba diving, snorkeling and photography. I also love to travel and have been able to visit Europe, The Greek Isles, Mexico, Belize, Honduras, The Cayman Islands, The Bahamas and a majority of the mainland states of the U.S. Additionally, Janet and I had a beautiful wedding on the beach at sunset on the island of Maui. Life is good!
