I joined ETS in 2014 as a Recruiter Support Associate and was promoted to the East Coast Ophthalmology Recruiter in 2016. As a Senior Regional Ophthalmology recruiter my focus is on placing top Ophthalmologists with the best practices along the East Coast. I listen to each and every candidate and client to make sure I understand their individual needs and goals in order to help them find the perfect opportunity or associate. I want to be a valuable resource to candidates throughout their career. I have worked with large and small Ophthalmology practices and having clients that trust me to find their new associate is my goal. I was born and raised here in Roanoke, VA. I love the mountains in our backyard, the 4 seasons, and all the outdoor activities Roanoke has to offer. I enjoy running on the greenway, curling up on the couch with a good book or movie, and spending time with my husband and sons.
