As an Account Executive and Recruiter with ETS Vision, I partner with Optometry and Ophthalmology practices nationwide to help them make the right long-term hiring decisions. My focus isn’t just on filling a role — it’s on aligning practices with associates, partners, and buyers who truly fit their clinical goals, culture, and growth plans.

With access to an extensive national network and a deep candidate database, I assist practices in recruiting associates, identifying compatible partners, and navigating buy-in or buy-out opportunities. I also work closely with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists seeking their next position, partnership, or practice purchase, helping them evaluate opportunities strategically and confidently.

Originally from Virginia, I earned my degree in Business Management with a concentration in Consulting and Analytics from Virginia Tech. My background in research, strategy, and relationship-building allows me to approach recruitment with both a data-driven and people-first mindset.

Outside of work, I’m competitive by nature and love staying active — you can usually find me on the golf course, playing softball, lifting weights, or practicing yoga. I also enjoy traveling, embroidering, diving into a new video game, and spending time in the kitchen cooking or baking something new. At home, life stays busy and fun with my fiancé, Mike, our cats Cali and Jane, and our Cavapom, Bentley.
